With our standard hourly rate you only pay for what you need and aren't locked into a recurring contract. Together, we'll set a maximum hours budget and notify you of usage along the way so that there's no surprises.

But as a general rule of thumb, projects are likely fall into roughly the following three categories:

Simple Projects
Mostly focused on setup/configuration of the CRM.
65 - 80 hours = $10k - $12k

Medium Projects
Larger datasets, more complex automation requirements and integration with 3rd party software.
120 - 150 hours = $18k - $22k

Complex Projects
Typically involves developing a Zoho Creator app custom to your business needs as well as more advanced automation and complex integrations with one or more 3rd party applications.
